🧡Salutations! I'm Nylfie, your left-handed, sunflower-eyed doodling axolotl art gal!🧡🎨I doodle alotl, and some of my very favorite things to draw are axolotls, dragons, and butterflies!🎨🌿I am one with the nature, I will find an entire field of caterpillars, and you'll have to drag me away kicking and screaming, LET ME IN MY TREES!!! ...I also like to play video games (who doesn't?).🎮🌻I have central heterochromia, or "Sunflower Eyes," which is where I based Nylfie's 3.0 design off of, as well as marking the moment in time where I finally decided to stop dying my hair (previously it was purple, which is why Nylfie 1.0 and 2.0 both have purple hair! Neat fun facts!). She was a transformation to (what chatolotls have jokingly described her as) "Goddess Nylfie."🌻📖I've been drawing for (quite literally) as long as I can remember. The very first thing I ever drew was a heart, and I think at the time, that perfectly described my love for it.
By the time I was in 3rd grade, I was drawing every single day. Over the years, the consistency has changed, but I've always managed to pick up my pencil and do a sketch or a doodle at least once or twice a week, and that hasn't changed for my entire life. Even if they weren't fully-finished pieces, even if I didn't consider them complete, or "art" even, at the time, my doodles have gotten me through some of the toughest patches of what life's thrown at me.
Without art, Nylfie wouldn't be Nylfie, and I am so happy to exist with all of this creativity exploding out of my brain, yes!

GENERAL-The art will be drawn in my style.- For illustration, chibi, and all works of art, inluding VTuber models made by me, you have free rights to use them commercially, but they cannot be claimed as your own work. You MUST credit me as your artist.- You CANNOT resell my artwork or VTuber models without proper consultation first, nor resell the piece for a higher price. SHOULD A SITUATION ARISE in which you would need to sell it for a higher price (such as an emergency health situation), please discuss this with me first, so that I may at least be made aware that the art you commissioned me for was not plagiarized or stolen.- IF you (the client) sell your brand, and I (the artist) have designed said brand (VTuber emotes, PNGTubers, Models, etc.), the client must inform the artist of said adoptee/ new owner of said brand being sold.- There will be NO PERMISSIONS GRANTED whatsoever to trace or plagiarize my work.- There will be NO PERMISSIONS GRANTED whatsoever for my works of art to be used to train AI art, be used for AI art in ANY way/shape/form, or be used as NFTs.- NO PERMISSIONS GRANTED WHATSOEVER to use my art to promote any illegal/harmful activities, such as Domestic Violence, Abuse, Assault, Bestiality, CSEM, etc. (anything that would be considered morally wrong/ illegal by law).- If you have a known history/track record of ableism, racism, homophobia, sexism, stalking, harassment, or any activities involving bullying and/or unlawful behavior, I have the right to reject working with you. I will not draw for someone that has a blatant disregard for others and their boundaries.- A maximum of 2 revisions will be made before I will charge extra to change/add details. However, if these changes are extremely drastic when the sketch has already been made, and the piece is close to completion, revisions may or may not be made depending on how heavily modified you want the piece to be.- I PUBLISH AND POST MY COMMISSIONS WHEN THEY ARE COMPLETE. *If you would like me to wait before publishing them or posting them, PLEASE inform me beforehand so that I do not accidentally ruin any surprises or reveals you had planned for your commission or character!- Any man-made mistakes made by the client (such as incorrect payments, emails, inserted reference photos, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the client. If a mistake has been made, please inform me, and we can do our best to sort out the issue together. If we are unable to find a solution, then the client accepts full responsibility for their blunder.REFUNDS
- Refunds will be granted in the event you are unsatisfied with the sketch of the product you are commissioning; IF you have approved the sketch, and the commission is already close to being finalized, NO REFUNDS will be available.DEADLINES & DELIVERY
- Should a situation arise in which I (the artist) am unable to finish your commission by the expected delivery date, it is the artist's responsibility to update and inform you of this change (i.e. hospitalization, family holidays, trips away from art studio, etc.)- Most of my commissions are placed at a 1-2 month deadline, but depending on workflow/ how many commissions are lined up, completion time will be between (but not guaranteed) 1-2 weeks for any works of Illustration, Emotes, Animations, .PNG Tubers, etc.- For VTuber Models [MODEL ONLY, NO RIG!!], completion time will be 1-2 months. Should more time be needed [should an emergency situation such as hospitalization or family matters arise], it is the artist's responsibility to inform the client, and the client will be allowed to request a refund if necessary.COMMUNICATION
- The Artist is responsible for giving updates on: the sketch process, designing, inking, and coloring of the commission.
- The Client is responsible for giving important feedback, such as the design, coloring suggestions, and things they would like drawn differently, or in a specific way. The Client is responsible for adding any references, and for giving thoughts and insights on their product before/upon completion.
