-Payment Method: PayPal-Half before I draw the sketch, and half after the sketch is approved.
* see end of TOS for information on REFUNDS *- For illustration, chibi, and all works of art, inluding VTuber models made by me, you have free rights to use them commercially, but they cannot be claimed as your own work. You MUST credit me as your artist.-If you need a commission done sooner than the predetermined TAT, you will be charged extra for a rush fee (the amount will depend on how fast you need the order prior to its originally intended delivery date).-The art will be drawn in my style.-I am permitted to use any and all works you've commissioned from me on my social media platforms and on my Carrd, with your permission.-I have the right to livestream your commission, UNLESS you want your commission to remain private.-You CANNOT modify the finalized piece without permission.- You CANNOT resell my artwork or VTuber models without proper consultation first, or resell the piece for a higher price.-A maximum of 2 revisions will be made before I will charge extra to change/add details. However, if these changes are extremely drastic when the sketch has already been made, and the piece is close to completion, revisions may or may not be made depending on how heavily modified you want the piece to be.- There will be NO PERMISSIONS GRANTED whatsoever for my works of art to be used to train AI art, or be used as NFTs.-If any questions or any concerns arise, and you are unsure about something that is being drawn, or if I need specific details, please be sure to ALWAYS USE COMMUNICATION. *We need work to run smoothly, so a steady flow of proper communication is necessary.-Finally, I have any and all rights to deny your request if I feel like it's something that I can't currently do well enough to be paid to do. Quality is important, and I want to deliver the best quality items I can deliver to you.* ABOUT REFUNDS *
Refunds will be granted in the event you are unsatisfied with the sketch of the product you are commissioning; IF you have approved the sketch, and the commission is already close to being finalized, NO REFUNDS will be available.
